10 Year structural warranty for the pergola frame integrity i.e. beam and posts against defects in workmanship and materials subject to the limitations, conditions and exclusions expressed in this warranty.
3 Year structural warranty for the louvre blade and component integrity adhering to terms and conditions detailed in this warranty.
2 Year powder coat warranty. Fading and peeling may naturally occur over time and will not be covered under warranty.
1 Year warranty for the motor and electronics for residential.
Terms, Conditions, and Exclusions:
-Damage resulting from incorrect installation e.g. uneven ground, missing bolts & nuts
-Damage caused by improper maintenance
-Acts of God including but not limited to weather events
-Damage arising from e.g. alteration of pergola components, relocation after installation, hanging other structural material on beams, posts, standing on the roof
-Cleaning of painted surface using abrasive material
-Commercial use reduces electronic warranties to 6 months and structural frame warranties to 5 years, louvre warranty to 1 year, paint warranty to 1 year.
-Remote batteries are excluded
-Any drain or water leakage
-Any rust on ground attachment anchors.
