Shipping policy

  • We currently only delivery to Metro Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities. For regional areas, please contact us. 

  • Delivery for goods which are in Pre-order stage takes longer time as indicated on the product page. Once order is received, it generally takes around 10-12 weeks at a minimum but this can vary depending upon time of year e.g. Diwali, Christmas and New Year holiday periods where it can take upto 14-18 weeks. Please contact us for a chat before ordering. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within time frames as advised at the time of ordering, however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and all products are subject to availability and Modern Roofs shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated or stated time frames. In event of delay, we make every effort to keep you of the progress. 

  • Once the good is delivered, risk of loss, damage to the products passes to the Customer on the date when the products are delivered.
