Refund policy
Please read below policy carefully for any return and refunds for purchases made from our store.
For any faulty items
Please contact us via email or phone as soon as you discover any product which is not working or faulty. Please forward all the photos, video for our review. Once approved, we will endeavour to repair or replace the product for a similar product as soon as possible. Any shipment costs arising from this transaction will be paid by us. In case, we can't replace or repair your product then we will issue a store credit which can be used for against other purchases.
For any missing items
Please contact us via email or phone as soon as you discover there is a missing item in the product but no later then 7 days after the delivery of the product. After 7 days, we will not be liable for any missing items. For any valid missing items, we will endeavour to delivery them as soon as possible. Any shipment cost related to missing item will be paid by us.
Refunds prior to delivery
Once an order is placed, customer can cancel the order within 7 days of placing the order by emailing or calling us. In this case, we will issue a refund minus 2% processing charge.
After 7 days of ordering, cancelling an order will incur a 10% fee of the purchase amount. Remaining amount after deducting the 10% fee will be refunded via store credit.
Refunds after delivery
Once goods are delivered, goods can't be returned for a refund.
